Summary

This study compares two methods of teaching oral hygiene to 60 adults with braces who have gum inflammation (gingivitis). One group gets personalized training called iTOP, while the other gets standard video and model demonstrations. Both groups use special brushes designed for cleaning between teeth. The goal is to see which method better reduces plaque and gum bleeding after three months.
