New device aims to ease prostate troubles without major surgery

Summary
This study tests a new temporary implant called iTind against an existing device, UroLift, for men with an enlarged prostate causing urinary symptoms. About 206 men aged 50 and older will take part. The goal is to see if iTind is as safe and effective at easing symptoms like frequent urination and poor flow.
