Summary
This study tested whether a new drug called ITI-007 can reduce symptoms of schizophrenia better than a placebo. 450 adults with worsening psychosis took either the drug or a placebo for 28 days. The main goal was to see if their symptoms improved, measured by a standard psychiatric scale.
