Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called itepekimab to see if it can reduce sinus inflammation and improve symptoms in adults with chronic sinusitis who don't have nasal polyps. About 60 participants will receive either itepekimab or a placebo injection for 24 weeks while continuing their standard nasal spray. Researchers will use CT scans and daily symptom diaries to measure changes in sinus swelling and symptoms like congestion and facial pressure.
