NCT ID NCT07098351
Summary
This study is testing whether a dissolving tablet called nalfurafine hydrochloride can safely reduce moderate to severe itching in people receiving peritoneal dialysis for kidney failure. It will enroll 93 participants who will take the medication for 4 weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment significantly lowers patients' self-reported itch scores and improves their quality of life.
