NCT ID NCT04629508
Summary
This study tested a drug called itacitinib for people with a serious bone marrow cancer called myelofibrosis who had already tried other standard treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the drug could reduce spleen size and improve symptoms. Only four people participated in this early-phase trial to gather initial safety and effectiveness data.
