Researchers track hidden liver danger in TB treatment

Summary
This study aims to understand how often and why the tuberculosis drug isoniazid causes liver injury in patients. Researchers will observe 220 adults being treated for TB or latent TB infection during their standard care to identify risk factors and see how doctors manage this side effect. The goal is to gather real-world information to help make TB treatment safer.
