NCT ID NCT07472348

First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tracks 220 adults being treated for tuberculosis (TB) or latent TB to see how often the drug isoniazid causes liver injury and what factors raise that risk. Researchers will review medical records from 2020 to 2028, looking at patient details, lab results, and how doctors manage any liver problems. No new treatments are tested; the goal is to learn from real-world care to make TB treatment safer.
