Back pain breakthrough? study tests which exercises work best
NCT ID NCT07382232
Summary
This study compared two different exercise programs to see which works better for chronic low back pain. Sixty adults with persistent back pain were randomly assigned to either isometric (holding) exercises or isotonic (moving) exercises, both combined with heat therapy and electrical stimulation. Researchers measured pain levels, disability, and core strength before and after the 4-week program to determine which approach provided better relief.
