Summary

This study tested whether adding a new drug called isatuximab to standard chemotherapy could help children whose acute leukemia had come back or not responded to previous treatment. It involved 67 children and young adults, from infants to under 18 years old. The main goal was to see if this combination could effectively eliminate leukemia cells and was safe for this vulnerable group.
