New tooth-cleaning methods may boost root canal healing

Summary
This study looks at four different ways to clean the inside of a tooth during root canal treatment for infected lower molars. The goal is to see which method helps the infection at the root tip heal best after 12 months. 52 adults aged 20 to 40 will be randomly assigned to one of the cleaning methods and will have follow-up visits and a 3D scan at the end.
