Summary
This study tests a device called IRRAflow that continuously washes out blood from the brain after a hemorrhage. Researchers will compare it to standard drainage in 250 adults to see if it clears blood faster and improves recovery. The goal is to reduce complications and improve outcomes for patients with serious brain bleeds.
