Can iron infusions boost energy in stomach cancer patients?

Summary

This study tests whether giving iron through a vein (IV ferric carboxymaltose) can safely improve anemia in people with advanced stomach cancer who are receiving palliative chemotherapy. About 330 adults will take part. The main goal is to see if the iron treatment raises hemoglobin levels without needing blood transfusions.
