Can taking iron pills every other day ease pregnancy discomfort?

Summary
This study aims to find out if taking iron supplements every other day causes fewer stomach problems like nausea or constipation than taking them daily during pregnancy. It will observe 50 pregnant women who are already prescribed iron as part of their normal care. The women will try both schedules to see which one is easier to tolerate.
