Summary
This study aims to understand how a medication called deferasirox affects the daily life and well-being of adults in Greece with thalassemia and iron overload. Researchers will observe 150 patients who are already taking this medication as part of their standard care. They will use questionnaires to measure quality of life, treatment satisfaction, and how well patients stick to their medication schedule.
