Summary
This study is testing whether giving iron supplements to people with POTS who have low iron stores can help increase their blood volume and improve their symptoms. It will involve about 12 adults with POTS and low ferritin levels. Participants will receive iron treatment and have their heart rate, blood volume, and symptoms measured before and after two months.
