Summary
This study compares two types of iron supplements—ferrous salt and liposomal iron—in adult women with iron-deficiency anemia. The goal is to see which one raises hemoglobin levels better and causes fewer stomach problems. One hundred women will take their assigned iron for three months and have blood tests to check results.
