First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study observes 100 adults undergoing DMEK surgery for corneal problems. It measures how the size of a laser or surgical eye opening (iridotomy/iridectomy) relates to two issues: a dangerous pressure buildup (pupillary block) and bothersome visual symptoms (dysphotopsia). The goal is to find the ideal opening size to reduce these complications.
