Summary
This study looks at how the drug iptacopan affects the kidneys of 20 adults with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease. Researchers will use kidney biopsies and lab tests to measure changes in immune system activity and kidney damage over 9 months. The goal is to understand how iptacopan works in the body, not to provide direct treatment.
