Summary
This study looks at a program called Individual Placement and Support (IPS) that helps people with severe mental disorders find regular jobs. It compares IPS to the usual way of helping people return to work, focusing on cost and how many extra days people work. About 234 adults in France who are unemployed and want to work will take part.
