New cancer injection tested in patients out of options

NCT ID NCT07203898

Summary

This is the first human study of an experimental injection called IPM514 for people with advanced esophageal cancer that has spread or returned after standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose by testing six different strength levels in 36 patients. Researchers will monitor for side effects and see if the treatment shows any early signs of slowing the cancer.
