First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called IPM514 in people with advanced esophageal cancer that has spread or come back. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and to find the best dose. About 36 adults will receive the drug as a shot, with doses increasing in small groups. This is a first step to see if the approach is promising enough for larger studies.
