Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called IPM514 in 36 people with advanced esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The drug is given as a shot, and the main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug is shrinking tumors.
