Summary
This study tests an experimental pill, IPG11406, in 144 adults with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis, a chronic gut condition causing pain and diarrhea. Participants receive one of three doses or a placebo for 12 weeks to see if the drug reduces inflammation and symptoms. The goal is to find the best dose for future trials, not to cure the disease.
