Summary
This study tests a new drug called IPG1094 in about 60 adults with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. The study has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, then testing that dose in more people.
