Summary

This study tested the safety and effects of an inhaled drug called ARO-MMP7 in healthy volunteers and people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a serious lung-scarring disease. The goal was to see if the drug was safe and how it behaved in the body. The study involved 105 participants and was an early-stage trial to gather initial data.
