1,000-Patient trial to test ancient herbal remedies against deadly lung disease

Summary
This study will follow 1,000 people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) to see if traditional Chinese medicine can help manage the disease. Researchers will track how often patients have sudden worsening of symptoms and how long they live without the disease getting worse. The goal is to find out which patients benefit most from Chinese medicine and guide more personalized treatment.
