Summary
This study tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab), a targeted therapy (lenvatinib), and a procedure called TACE in people with advanced liver cancer. The goal is to see if this mix can delay cancer growth. About 41 adults who have not had prior treatment or who have already tried one line of therapy will take part.
