First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving chemotherapy directly into the abdomen (intraperitoneal) along with standard chemo through the veins helps people with stomach cancer that has spread to the lining of the belly live longer. About 262 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if this direct delivery method improves survival and quality of life.
