New fluid treatment could help men pee better and ditch the catheter

Summary
This study tests a treatment called INTUPRO for men with an enlarged prostate (BPH) who have trouble urinating. The goal is to see if it can improve symptoms like weak flow, frequent bathroom trips, and waking up at night. About 31 men will receive the treatment and be followed for 3 months to check safety and effectiveness.
