NCT ID NCT06269978
First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-phase study is testing whether giving two standard chemotherapy drugs (5FU and oxaliplatin) directly into the abdomen is safe and effective for people with colorectal cancer that has spread only to the belly lining. About 24 adults with this condition will receive the drugs through a port in the abdomen. The goal is to find the best dose and see how the body handles it, with the hope of controlling the cancer more directly.
