This study looks at whether placing a special needle into the bone marrow (intraosseous infusion) can provide a fast and reliable way to give fluids and medicines to critically ill patients with blood disorders. About 52 adults aged 18-65 will take part. The main goal is to see how often the needle works on the first try and whether it improves survival and treatment outcomes.
