First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a new set of guidelines at Siriraj Hospital helps prevent hypothermia (low body temperature) in adults during surgery. The hospital previously found that many patients became too cold during operations. Researchers will track 361 patients to see if the new protocol improves temperature monitoring and reduces the number of hypothermia cases.
