Summary

This early-stage trial is testing two new mumps vaccines given as a nasal spray. The main goal is to see if they are safe and can trigger an immune response in healthy adults who were vaccinated as children. Up to 60 participants will receive one dose of either vaccine or a placebo spray and be monitored for about a year.
