Summary
This study aims to adapt the InterRAI-HC, a comprehensive assessment tool for home care, into Turkish. Researchers will test its reliability and compare it to current standard forms used in home health services. The study involves 36 caregivers of people aged 65 and older in Kars province, Turkey. The goal is to create a better way to evaluate the needs of elderly individuals receiving home care.
