Mindfulness makeover: new training aims to ease anxiety in veterans

Summary
This study tests a new type of mindfulness training designed to help veterans who are very sensitive to anxiety. About 48 veterans will try the training to see if it is practical and helpful. The goal is to reduce anxiety symptoms and improve well-being.
