New moms get help from home: internet therapy fights postpartum depression
NCT ID NCT07384273
Summary
This study is testing whether an online therapy program can help reduce symptoms of postpartum depression in new mothers. The program combines cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness techniques and can be accessed from home. Researchers will compare the online therapy plus usual care against usual care alone to see which is more effective at reducing depression symptoms over two months.
