Summary
This study aims to find out which type of intermittent fasting diet works best to help control prediabetes and prevent it from turning into type 2 diabetes. Researchers will compare three different fasting schedules against a standard diet in 120 adults with prediabetes. They will measure changes in blood sugar, weight, inflammation, and how genes respond to the different diets over 4-6 weeks.
