NCT ID NCT07152379
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at whether people who already have antibodies to INTERCEPT-treated red blood cells (a type of blood product) might have a stronger immune reaction or faster breakdown of the transfused blood. Ten participants, including some with and some without these antibodies, will receive a transfusion and be monitored for side effects and blood clearance. The goal is to better understand the safety and compatibility of these blood products.
