First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether AI-powered software can help dental students improve their tooth preparation skills. 36 third-year dental students will be split into groups: one gets traditional instructor feedback, while two others use different AI programs to self-assess their work. The goal is to see if AI feedback leads to more accurate preparations and better learning over several practice sessions.
