Summary

This study looks at whether adding traditional Chinese medicine to standard Western treatment helps people with ankylosing spondylitis move better and feel less stiff. About 790 adults aged 18-75 will be followed for 6 months. The main goal is to see if the combined approach improves daily function more than Western medicine alone.
