Summary

This study looked at whether taking a fast-acting insulin (insulin aspart) before or after meals works better for people with type 1 diabetes who use an insulin pump. Twenty-two adults took part, and their blood sugar levels were tracked continuously for 14 days. The goal was to see which timing leads to more stable blood sugar and fewer highs and lows.
