Summary
This study looked at whether two treatments that target insulin resistance can help people with pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH). PAH is a serious condition where high blood pressure in the lungs makes it hard to breathe and move around. The study enrolled 73 adults with PAH and measured changes in their six-minute walk distance and daily symptom severity after 12 weeks of treatment.
