Summary
This study aimed to see if a new insulin formulation called NKF-INS(L) behaves similarly in the body to two already-approved insulin products (US and EU Humalog). It involved 54 healthy adult male volunteers who each received single doses of the different insulins in a specific order. Researchers carefully measured how the body absorbed and responded to each insulin to check for similarity.
