Summary
This study tests whether a 4-week breathing muscle training program can improve lung function, balance, and core strength in 30 elite female freestyle wrestlers aged 16-22. Half will do progressive training with a device, the other half a low-resistance placebo. Researchers will measure changes in breathing power, trunk endurance, and balance before and after training.
