Summary

This study looks at whether special breathing muscle training can improve lung function, balance, and core strength in elite female freestyle wrestlers. Thirty athletes aged 16-22 will either do progressive breathing exercises or a low-resistance placebo version for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in breathing power, trunk endurance, and balance before and after training.
