First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether training the muscles you use to breathe in can reduce the severity of exercise-induced asthma and improve cycling performance. The goal was to see if this training could lessen asthma symptoms, reduce the need for rescue inhalers, and help them cycle faster.
