Sleep school: a new hope for chronic insomnia sufferers?

Summary

This study tests whether a six-week group therapy program called Sleep School can reduce the harm of chronic insomnia better than standard short counseling. About 250 adults with insomnia for at least three months will take part. Researchers will compare changes in sleep severity and mood between the two groups.
