Summary

This study is testing whether a specialized form of talk therapy can help healthcare shift workers who have chronic insomnia. Researchers will compare a multi-session therapy program designed for shift workers against a single session of basic sleep advice. The goal is to see if the tailored therapy improves sleep, mental health, and quality of life for nurses and other staff who work nights.
