Summary
This study tested whether a medication called Daridorexant helps people with insomnia sleep better. Researchers compared the drug to a placebo (inactive pill) in 164 adults and elderly participants over 4 weeks. The main goal was to see if the drug increased total sleep time and helped people fall asleep faster.
