Summary
This study aimed to understand what factors increase the risk of tendon injuries in elite long- and middle-distance runners. Researchers analyzed 81 elite athletes, looking at their training habits, footwear, diet, and other factors to identify patterns. The goal was to create a predictive model to help prevent injuries in competitive runners.
